TARA is pleased to announce that Zach Holcomb, KE5DLE, has announced candidacy to succeed Kyle Crockett, KE5CWV, as TARA President and Executive Officer. Zach will become TARA president effective for the Spring 2006 semester unless another licensed club member challenges the nomination.
TARA is still seeking a Vice President and Control Operator. The Control Operator must a be licensed student with a General or higher license class. Interested members should contact Kyle or Richard, KD5QHJ, for information.
Joe Aranda, KE5CWU, has not yet committed to return as TARA Treasurer and Financial Officer. |

Follow up:
Seth Price has expressed interest in becoming the Station Control Operator. With an Extra licenese classifaction, Seth is the most qualified student member to hold the post.
Joe Aranda has expressed interest in continuing as Treasurer depending on time availability. Jason Mattax has expressed interest in taking the job or competing with Joe for the position.
Victoria DeOreo has expressed interest in getting more involved in club affairs, to what extent she is not yet sure. |
